Bakersfield Police are trying to determine how windows were shattered at a downtown Bakersfield bank early Monday morning. 

BPD says the front doors of the building on Chester Avenue near 22nd Street that houses Westamerica Bank, along with other businesses, was found shattered. They say they are still looking into how it happened, but say it does not appear anyone made it inside.
