CHP Buttonwillow is reminding drivers that driving under the speed limit in the left lane is a traffic violation.
CHP Buttonwillow posted a photo of a citation on their Facebook Wednesday, showing a driver was traveling 64 mph in the left lane on southbound I-5 north of Lerdo Highway.
The speed limit in that area is 70 mph.
