East bound lanes near General Beale Rd. and the 58 are being impacted due to a vehicle roll over.
The crash happened around 5:00 a.m. Friday morning.
California Highway Patrol reports the driver of the vehicle fell asleep and once they woke up they tried to correct themselves, but they over corrected and flipped.
The driver is said to have major injuries and the passengers that were inside are said to have moderate to minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
