=============================================================
Nigel Nieto will appear in court Tuesday for an arraignment following a police purist that ended in a fatal crash last Friday.
The crash happened on Ming Avenue and New Stine Road.
18-year-old Nieto failed to stop after police tried to pull him over. Police chased Nieto, who ran a red light and slammed into two other cars.
His passenger, 18-year-old Alexander Barajas, was killed. Nieto was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the crash.
He faces multiple charges including first degree murder, evading a police officer, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
