BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — An East Bakersfield hotel room sustained $30,000 worth of damage after a fire Wednesday morning.
According to the Bakersfield Fire Department, fire crews and the Bakersfield Police Department were called out to The Jade in East Bakersfield for a fire on the first floor. BFD says one room was damaged, sustaining $30,000 worth of damage.
Arson investigators were called out to the scene.
