Los Tacos Chapos De Tijuana in East Bakersfield is closed after health inspectors said employees weren't keeping the food at an appropriate temperature, according to the Kern County Health Department.
In an inspection on Monday, inspectors said they found foods between 51 and 58 degrees and a refrigeration unit "temping at 49.5 degrees", according to the report.
The restaurant, located at 2945 Niles Street, earned a 64 percent on its inspection and has been closed until the "refrigeration unit can maintain proper cold holding of 41 degrees," the report said.
