Pacific Gas & Electric's public safety power shutoff will be impacting some students in El Tejon Unified School District on Thursday.

The district's assistant superintendent said the middle school will be closed Thursday due to the PSPS.

She said the district's other schools, which are powered by Southern California Edison, will remain open.
