Daytime talk show host Ellen DeGeneres said Wednesday that she would never allow President Trump to be a guest on her show during a interview with NBC host Megyn Kelly.
Ellen said, she thinks he poses a threat to the country and to her personally.
The topic when brought up when DeGeneres asked Megyn Kelly whether she would consider having the president on her new morning show, “Megyn Kelly Today,” which launches Monday.

“Definitely,” Kelly responded. “I mean, I would not say no to the sitting president of the United States.”
Likewise, Kelly asked DeGeneres if she would say no to Mr. Trump.
“Yeah,” the host said matter-of-factly, much to her audience’s delight. “I would not have him on the show.
“I mean look … he is who he is and he has enough attention and he has his Twitter account and he has ways to get his message across,” she said. “There’s nothing I’m going to say to him that’s gonna change him, and I don’t want to give him a platform because it validates him.
