EPIC de Cesar E. Chavez High School in Tehachapi has received accreditation. 

The Farmworker Institute of Education and Leadership announced their charter school for adults had received the accreditation status from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. 

Obtaining accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges validates the school's standards. 

The accreditation allows for the high school to streamline the student transfer system, as well as enhance the ability to recruit teachers and students and make it easier for students to apply for Federal and State Financial Aid.
