Ethan Westbrooks, a defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams, will appear in court in Lamont on Friday after he was cited for allegedly driving on a suspended license in May.
The Bakersfield Californian reported Bakersfield attorney Mark Anthony Raimondo said he was contacted by the Rams' front office to represent Westbrooks.
The Californian reported Raimondo said the underlying problem, which he declined to discuss, has already been fixed and Westbrooks will soon have his license back.
He didn't know exactly when or where Westbrooks was pulled over.
