Eureka! Burger has announced a new brunch menu that will be featured on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The restaurant, located on Stockdale Highway, will offer their own takes on classic brunch dishes alongside $5 Bloody Mary's and Mimosas.

According to Eureka!, the menu includes "Bread Pudding French Toast with a blueberry compote and a whiskey creme anglaise; Chilaquiles featuring ranchero tortilla chips, two eggs, feta and sour cream, purple onions, avacado, and pico de gallo," among other menu options.

The brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday, and the restaurant will open early at 10 a.m.
