BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Ever wanted to go to Mars all while keeping your feet firmly planted here on Earth. Now you have the chance! All you have to do is sign up through NASA.

NASA's Mars 2020 Rover is heading to Mars in 2020 and to fly along all you have to do is submit your name, country, postal code and email and your name will be sent to Mars in 2020.

California currently has the most people signed up in the entire country, with Texas and Florida right behind. The United States has more than 250 thousand names contributed.
