It’s being called the biggest wedding of 2018. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be wed Saturday May 19th in London.

Prince Henry Charles Albert David, 33, or more simply known as Prince Harry, is the youngest son of Prince Charles of Wales and the late Princess Diana of Wales, younger borther of Prince William and is the sixth in line for the British Throne.

Meghan Markle, 36, was born and raised in Los Angeles and considers herself to be half black and half white. Her father’s side of her family also says they’re descended from Scottish royalty King Robert I of Scotland (reign 1306-1329) and English royalty King Edward III (reign 1327-1377). Markle also played Rachel Zane on the TV show Suits.

Prince Harry & soon-to-be Her Royal Highness Markle will tie the knot in St. George’s Chapel, which has a capacity of 800, inside Windsor Castle about 20 miles west of central London. Windsor Castle is the official residence of the current head of the English family, Queen Elizabeth II and is the largest inhabited castle in the world.

The couple is expected to arrive at Windsor Castle at 9 a.m. (1 a.m. PDT) with the main wedding guest scheduled to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. (1:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. PDT) and the royal family expected to head to the chapel at 11:20 a.m. (3:20 a.m.). Prince Harry and Markle will exchange vows at noon (4 a.m. PDT).

Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, will spend Friday night with Markle at her hotel before traveling to Windsor Castle Saturday morning. Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, is not expected at the wedding due to health concerns. Prince Harry’s father, Prince Charles, is expected to walk Markle down the aisle in Markle’s father’s place.

A London-based florist will provide the flowers for the ceremony. They say they plan to use white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves, as well as branches of beech, birch and hornbeam for the floral displays.

California-raised pastry chef, Claire Ptak, who is based in London will create the wedding cake. Markle meet and featured Ptak on her former lifestyle blog. Ptak says she is designing a lemon elderflower cake with buttercream and fresh flowers as decoration.

The wedding party will feature 6 bridesmaids and four page boys, but no maid of honor. Prince Harry’s commutations secretary said, "She has a very close-knit group of friends and did not want to choose one over the other."

The ceremony is expected to finish inside the chapel at 1 p.m. (5 a.m. PDT) and the newly wed is expected to make a 25-minute procession around the grounds. The wedding event will continue on Windsor Castle’s ground with an expected guest list of 2,640. There is no word of who will perform during the reception, but it’s rumored that Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith and the Spice Girls could prefer.
