Family and friends gathered together this morning at Greenlawn Cemetery on Panama Lane to honor the life of two-year old Ramon Reyes Chavez.

The child's father Carlos Reyes attended the funeral, while the child's mother Ayled Chavez sat in jail on murder charges in connection to her son's death.

Dozens of people came out for the funeral, expressing their grief for the family and sharing memories of their time with Ramon.

Services were held from 10-a-m until noon.
