Fatima Lopez, the 11-year-old who was hit by a car over the weekend has died. 

The girl's family confirming that she died just after 6 p.m. Tuesday. 

Fatima was hit by a car on Stockdale Highway on Friday. 

Family members say a funeral will be held for her in Oxnard, where she was born.
