BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Local farmers' markets in Bakersfield are set to reopen on Father's Day weekend after shutting down for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Kaiser Permanente Farmers Market announced it is set to reopen its location on Ming Avenue along with its location on Mall View Road.

The Mall View Road location will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday with the Ming Avenue location open at the same time on Sunday.
