(UPDATE: Jan. 27, 2017, 12:13 p.m.): Family tells 23ABC News that the victim is Frank Terrace, 29. He died in a crash on Highway 14 at Rosamond Blvd. on Thursday.

On Thursday January 26th, a passenger was killed in a car accident before 4 a.m. It was a one car accident and did not result in any road closures. Kern County Fire Department was on the scene and authorities are still investigating the cause.
