Fatal crash after vehicle hits tree

Bakersfield, Calif. - CHP is reporting a fatal crash after a vehicle crashed into a tree.

According to CHP, the crash happened around 9 a.m. on Mill Potrero Highway and Beechwood Way in the Pine Mountain Club neighborhood about 60 miles south of Bakersfield.
