CHP officials received reports at around 12:40pm, Saturday of a fatal crash that happened on Cherry Ave. and 7th Standard Rd.

According to CHP officials, the crash involved a semi truck and sedan.

CHP officials added the person driving the sedan was killed but they have no description on that person's age or gender at this time. 

It's unknown at this time how many others are injured.

Both directions of 7th Standard Rd. were closed for while but has since been reopened.
