The California Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly rollover crash on the 99 involving a big rig that allegedly hit the center divider.

Details are still scarce this morning but officials say the semi rolled into the center divider last night around 9 pm. The truck was headed north on the 99 near Whisler Road when the accident occurred causing the driver to be partially ejected from the truck. There is one confirmed fatality. No word on any other injuries.

Environmental health was called out to assist with the diesel spill on the roadway
