BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A bicycle shop in Southwest Bakersfield has changed its company sign to read "Bernie's a fraud" and the company said that is their official statement.
The sign, located across the street from Cal. State University, Bakersfield, appeared the same day presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is set to appear at a rally at the Spectrum Amphitheater, located at the Park at Riverwalk.
When asked about the sign, the company told 23ABC that "The sign is our Statement."
Finish Line is a full-service bike shop in Bakersfield, running for more than 26 years, according to their website.
Sanders' rally is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. at the Spectrum Amphitheater in Bakersfield. It's free and open to the public and entrance is provided on a first come first serve basis.
