The Bakersfield Fire Department is on scene of a market fire in east Bakersfield.
The fire broke out just before 5:30 a.m. at Owen's Meat Market located at S. Owen's St. and Virginia St.
This was the second fire that broke out at a market Sunday morning.

Fire officials said it appears the fire was an electrical fire that started in the attic.
Officials said the fire was contained to the attic but did cause significant damage.
