Fire officials are working to determine what caused a fire to break out at Royal Shoe Store on King and Niles.
The blaze broke out early this morning around 5:00 a.m.
Right now, the fire is fully contained and crews are on scene mopping it up.
Bakersfield police says the blaze appears to be suspicious.
