One man is facing arson charges after being accused of setting two fires in Oildale this week.
Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lenard Owens Thursday night.
Kern County fire investigators say Owens is responsible for causing a structure fire on Esther Drive on Wednesday and another fire at the same residence on Thursday.
Owens' bail is set at $125,000.
