Officials are reminding residents that this 4th of July that along with social distancing and health restrictions, the state has a number of fire restrictions in place.
Campfires, charcoal BBQs and fireworks are illegal in Sequoia National Forest, Lake Isabella and the Kern River area.
Please follow fire restrictions to have a safe and fun 4th of July weekend.
