Raising Cane's is bringing fried chicken to Bakersfield!
A construction worker at the expected location tells 23ABC that the fried chicken chain is supposed to open its first location in town.
The construction is taking place on the corner of Coffee and Downing, across from where the new Buffalo Wild Wings is being built.
