A structure fire burned near Woollomes Avenue and Famoso Porterville Highway in Delano Thursday just before 11 a.m.
The first firefighters on scene reported one structure already completely burned to the ground and three nearby structures on fire with other structures threatened.
The buildings were not occupied.
Five structures were destroyed and one was saved. Firefighters were able to save most of the nearby vineyard.
No one was injured and the fire is under investigation.
