BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to CHP, traffic is backed up in all directions at Olive Drive and Fruitvale Avenue due to flashing red signal lights.
Officials are advising drivers to choose alternate route when traveling in the area and/or expect a delay to your morning commute.
