A man was driving and found a truck with a man and a woman trapped in a flash flood.  

He called Kern Co Fire and they performed a rescue.  

The flood was near Williams Road and Daily Street where reports showed of rising waters.

The couple from Lake Isabella was safely rescued from the truck by the local Fire Department.
