GET Bus and other partners will be holding a food distribution event in Central Bakersfield. 

The distribution will be at 22nd St. and Eye St. on October 12 starting at 9 a.m. Visitors should bring a bag that can carry 70 pounds and up.

There will also be a resource fair during the food distribution.
