The 1800 is one of the newest restaurants to open in Bakersfield this year. They brought the historic bank building downtown back to life with a bar, dining room, and patio.

You'll likely recognize the eatery for their over-the-top milkshakes on social media.

Their menu includes burgers made with double patties, salads and brunch items.

The restaurant says they wanted to stand out in Bakersfield with their hand crafted cocktails made with fresh ingredients.
