FoodMaxx announces home delivery service just in time for the Fourth of July

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Have you ever had an errand to go do, like hit the grocery store, but put it off because it's just too hot outside? Now, to help you keep out of the summer heat FoodMaxx is delivering your groceries to your door!

People here in Bakersfield are able to get their groceries delivered to their homes, but it's not just milk, bread, and eggs. They will deliver alcohol, too! It's being made possible through their partnership with Instacart.

All five local FoodMaxx locations are now offering same-day delivery starting today, just in time for the Fourth of July. All you need to do is use the Instacart app, select your store and start shopping!

Some deliveries can happen as fast as one hour! For orders of $35 or more delivery is just $4.
