Former Kern County Sheriff’s Deputy Gideon Allday has entered a not guilty plea and will be back in court December 7.
Allday was arrested last week for assault with great bodily injury and misdemeanor false imprisonment charges after
He is also facing multiple charges from a previous case including battery, false imprisonment, assault, and others.
Allday will be in court for both cases.
