More than 1,500 firefighters are fighting 9 wildfires across California, according to a release from Cal Fire on Sunday morning.
Firefighters made full containment on the Fort Fire, which had been burning east of the Grapevine near Interstate 5.
Fire crews also said that the Sage Fire, which has been burning south of Santa Clarita, has burned 800 acres and is currently 20% contained.
The Deer Fire and Erskine Fire continue to stand at 99% and 98% contained, respectively.
The Pine Fire in Ventura County has now burned 2,304 acres and has been 71% contained.
