BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Individuals looking to get screened for colon cancer can attend a free Colorectal Cancer Screening tomorrow, March 1.
This Adventist Health event, which is the kick-off celebration to Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. The event will feature an inflatable colon exhibit, free screening kits, valuable cancer prevention information and light refreshments.
The American Cancer Society says that people that should get screened started at 45 through the age of 75.
