BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Garth Brooks Dive Bar Tour made its way to Buck Owens' Crystal Palace. More than 500 lucky winners got the once in a lifetime chance to see this iconic country singer -- for free.
Brooks strummed his guitar for a little more than an hour as the crowds enjoyed many of his hits.
The Crystal Palace was rocking and those in attendance say they have never heard it get so loud.
The crowd consisted of winners from across California and even around the country. At the end of his show, Garth said he was proud to perform in Bakersfield and called it the Country Music Capital of the West Coast.
He also added he's going to tell all of his fellow country stars that they need to perform in Kern County.
