PG&E is working to cap a gas leak in East Bakersfield on Thursday morning.
According to PG&E officials, a leak was reported at 3:40 a.m. on Niles Street just off Palm Drive.
PG&E officials say a valve on PG&E equipment was physically damaged, causing a natural gas leak.
No customers are being effected.
There is no estimated time for the leak to be capped.
