BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to Gasbuddy gas prices dropped below $2 in Central Bakersfield Sunday.

As of Sunday Gasbuddy is showing that the 76 gas station on 928 Flower St & Beale Ave in Central Bakersfield is charging $1.99 per gallon for regular gas, $2.29 for midgrade and $2.39 for premium gas. Several other stations throughout Bakersfield are also showing an average price of about $2.
