BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Tuesday is National Pancake Day at IHOP and if you head to any of the Kern County locations between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., you can receive a free short stack of pancakes!
Guests are asked to make a donation to the Lauren Small Children's Center at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. The Lauren Small Children's Center provides care to newborn and pediatric patients.
