A print shop in northwest Bakersfield is holding teaming up with a nonprofit to give back this holiday season.
Print Centers and Avon Breast Cancer Awareness are joining forces to raise money by wrapping gifts.
From Dec. 11 through Dec. 23, the Avon Breast Cancer Awareness Group will be wrapping gifts for a small contribution with 100% of the proceeds going back to the group.
The funds raised will be used by Avon Breast Cancer Awareness Group for community education and prevention.
"The holidays are known to bring joy but there are many within our community who struggle to get a gift, let alone wrap one. Bring us your gift and we'll wrap it, tie it, and bow it while you wait," said Conchita Quarles, representative of Avon Breast Cancer Awareness Group.
The fundraiser will be at the Print Center at 5511 Calloway Drive Suite 200. Gift wrapping hours are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
