BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: The lockdown at Golden Valley has been lifted.

BPD is investigating a disturbance in an apartment complex across the street from Golden Valley High School, causing the school to go under lock-down.

According to Bakersfield Police, the person is possibly in possession of a firearm.
