Last year Goose Loonies, a staple in Downtown Bakersfield, announced it would be expanding.
Now, the restaurant, located at 3320 Truxtun Avenue, is open for business. Kind of.
In a Facebook post, Goose Loonies announced the restaurant is currently in the soft opening stage.
It will be open to the public from 4-10 p.m.
