SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KERO) — California Gov. Gavin Newsom appoints Bakersfield official Linda Quinones-Vaughan as the Central California Regional Advisor.

Quinones-Vaughan will now hold her position at the California Office of the Small Business Advocate.

She has held several positions at various agencies over the years and earned her masters degree from Cal State Bakersfield.
