Graffiti found outside of the Green Room overnight was quickly cleaned up by the city on Friday morning.
Frank Sanchez , better known as Frank Kruz, never owned the building but was under a lease.
The owner of the building said the signage for the Green Room was torn down because they are trying to move forward.
