BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Greenlawn Southwest will host a free concert featuring Johnny Owens, Buck Owens' son, next month.
According to a news release, the free event will be held on October 6 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Park Southwest on Panama Lane.
Johnny Owens and the Buck Fever Band will perform acclaimed music of Buck Owens as well as the sounds of Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, George Strait, Vince Gill, Lorrie Morgan and Tracy Byrd.
There will be food and refreshments available.
