According to public health'sSafe Diner site, the temperature inside the cooler was not operating properly.

"Walk-in cooler has an ambient temperature of 52.8 degrees f when inspector arrived. Unit dropped down to 49 degrees f. Potentially hazardous food inside unit temping between 46 to 53 degrees f. Facility is closed by environmental health."

There was also no hand soap or water available for washing hands at the taco shop's sink for its workers.

Officials said as soon as these issues are addressed they can re-open.
