Former mayor of Bakersfield Harvey Hall was honored with a lifetime achievement award by the American Ambulance Association (AAA).
According to the AAA, Hall earned the award for impacting the association through his work with the private ambulance industry.
President and CEO of Hall Ambulance Service, Inc. and Harvey's widow Lavonne C. Hall accepted the award on his behalf.
