BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — If you're heading to Lightning in a Bottle this week, Caltrans has provided official directions to get to the venue entrance.
Caltrans is warning that travelers may expect heavier traffic than normal on I-5 near the 223 while the festival is running. Take a look below at the official directions:
