BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A heavy Bakersfield Police presence is reported in south Bakersfield.
A 23ABC News crew is on scene and counted at least 30 officers in a neighborhood off South Chester Avenue and Wilson Road.
BPD officials have not released any information.
