A winter storm passed through Bakersfield last night - and it brought snow, rain and high winds in some areas.
While higher elevations were hit with snow and gusty winds - rain mud and debris shut down northbound I-5 last night.
Just before 7:30 P.M. CHP issued a sig-alert diverting all drivers to turn around and head southbound on I-5.
According to Caltrans all lanes re-opened at 11:45 last night.
